A brilliant idea turns out to be a fruitful fundraiser. Dr. Pascal Croteau is very committed to the Palliative Care Project. He challenged the staff at the Centre de santé et de services sociaux du Pontiac, to give donations to the palliative care project and in exchange he would shave off his moustache and his hair. On August 26 2005, before curious spectators, Dr. Croteau accompanied by two Medical Students: Yves Charette and Justin Kahalé had their hair shaved and it continued as we watch Dr. Croteau shave off his moustache for the first time since his youth! They raised a sum of $2 500. We thank them for their commitment to the establishment but especially for their commit-ment to the Palliative Care. We also wish to thank everyone who contributed financially to this fundraiser.
