During the annual information public meeting on June 18th, 2001, Mrs. Charlotte L’Écuyer, Executive Director welcomes everyone to the annual public information meeting and presents the President, Mrs. Charlene Graham.
Mrs. L’Écuyer presents the major points of the annual activity report.
The Ladies Auxiliary presents individually their activity report and Mr. Joseph A. Larose presents the Users’ Committee Report. Mr. Gaston Lacroix, Director of Finance Services, presents the Financial report.
Many members of the personnel received a souvenir in recognition of their 10, 15 and 25 years of service from the members of the Board of Directors.
