Mental Health/Adult- In case of emergency, you may speak to or meet with a worker from the Mental Health Program, 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, as needed
- Referrals received at "Info-Santé" unit and the Pontiac Hospital Centre or elsewhere, are dispatched to the Program Director.
- Using group interventions to answer specific needs:
- Support group for people in mourning,
- Support group for people with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome,
- Attention Deficit Disorder with or without Hyperactivity (ADDH) Group. In collaboration with the Infant/Youth/Parental Program; French group.
You and social services for adults- Situations experienced by yourself or by someone close to you
- You are having problems in your relationship with your friends, spouse, children and/or parents. You would rather improve than isolate yourself, have a drink or a joint in order to forget your problems.
- You are having physical, intellectual or mental health problems. You want information on the help available.
- You are unemployed and having problems finding a job. You are thinking of reorganizing your life or your career.
- Money just slips through your fingers. A lot of times you are short of money. You do note know how to make ends meet.

Parental and infant health care
- Consultation, medical follow-up
- Referrals received are dispatched to the worker and the program director.
- Prenatal classes offered on an individual or group basis and at convenient times for parents.
- Vaccination and developmental assessment clinics in all service delivery building.
- OLO Program.
- "Naître égaux et grandir en santé" program: individual services for pregnant women, young mothers and children.
Waiting period: One to six months waiting.
Youth- Consultation, education, treatment to the clientele from 0-18 years
- Workers are available in the school setting. Referrals are made directly by school personnel, children, parents, "Info-Santé" and the Program Director
- 5 year old clinics: Reevaluation and adjustments brought to the procedure.
- Child psychiatrist from Pierre-Janet available for evaluations.
- The "Maison des jeunes du Pontiac" in Fort-Coulonge is currently doing a study to implement the new "Milieu en santé" program.
- Waiting for services : there is a one year waiting period because of the difficulty to recruit a doctor.
Home Care Program- 60 year old people with autonomy loss.
- Every age group with a handicap or a punctual problematical situation.
- Hospital discharges needing a follow-up.
- Setting up of weekend doctor’s on call availability system for Home Care clients.
The service’s aimThe aim of this service is to maintain the person in his natural environment and to render him as autonomous as possible by using the maximum of his potential, his family and the resources of his community.

The team ensure also the implementation of integrated intervention programs for establishment determinate according specific risks existing in work environment.
