REHABILITATION SERVICE « CH-CHSLD »

The service’s aim

The service’s aim is to reduce the time spent in hospital, to prevent falls, to return to normal functions, to optimize the client’s autonomy in his functional and significant activities and to act as a consultant to other workers.

The clientèle
-     Physiotherapy
-     Hospitalized clients including post-partum
-     External clientèele acute and ambulatory cases
-     Intensive post-rehabilitation clientèle
-     Occupational therapy
-     Adult or elderly clients with autonomy loss or having a physical or cognitive incapacity (0-18 years of age clientèle are seen exceptionally)
